Always run a Dry Run Report before clicking Reset Progress

Important Guidance

Use this tool to reset progress for specific learners. Before resetting progress, first decide whether you want to reset:

Course progress only; or
Quiz progress only; or
Both course and quiz progress

Next, choose one of the three following reset methods:

Reset By Users
Use this option when resetting progress for specific users.

Select the user(s)

Select the relevant course(s)

To select all users or courses, you can type “All” in the search box and then click on “Select All” in the dropdown.
Reset by Courses
Use this option when resetting progress for a group of users on a specific course.

Select the course(s)

Select the relevant user(s)

To select all users or courses, you can type “All” in the search box and then click on “Select All” in the dropdown.
Reset by Groups / Teams
Use this option when resetting progress for an entire team.

Select the relevant group(s) / team(s)

Select the relevant course(s)

Select the relevant user(s)

To select all teams, users or courses, you can type “All” in the search box and then click on “Select All” in the dropdown.

Before clicking Reset Progress, always run a Dry Run Report to confirm which learners and courses will be affected before any progress data is reset.

Once progress has been reset, the action cannot be undone.
