Course Description
Our Mental Wellbeing training course provides clear and practical guidance on supporting mental wellbeing at work. It is informed by the principles of ISO 45003, the international standard for managing psychosocial risks, but focuses on everyday actions that help create a safe and supportive environment.
The course explains what mental wellbeing is, how workplace pressures can affect it, and the key steps employers and employees can take to reduce risks. You will learn how to recognise early signs that someone may be struggling, how to contribute to a positive and respectful culture, and how to respond appropriately if concerns arise.
Why undertake Mental Wellbeing training?
This course helps build awareness of mental health in the workplace, reduces stigma, and encourages open and supportive conversations. It also strengthens understanding of common psychosocial risks, work–life balance, and the impact of bullying and harassment. By completing the course, you will be better equipped to look after your own wellbeing and to support others in a proportionate and appropriate way.
Promoting mental wellbeing isn’t only good practice; it helps create a healthier, more engaged, and more productive workplace where people feel valued and able to thrive.
